SEATS

The Maclab Theatre at Lillian Osborne is a one of a kind project, a joint venture between Edmonton Public Schools and the South Edmonton Arts and Theatre Society (SEATS), a not for profit community based organization of volunteers.  In early stages of the project, SEATS was responsible for organizing fundraising efforts for the construction of the theatre, along with outfitting the facility with professional equipment.

Now that the project is completed and the theatre is available and ready for use, SEATS serves as the community based operating board for the theatre.  The current executive board for SEATS is comprised of a team of volunteers coming from a variety of professional backgrounds who all share a passion for the arts, driven to promote the Maclab Theatre at Lillian Osborne and establish this incredible facility as an arts hub in Southwest Edmonton.
